In a raw, heartbreaking video, a grieving uncle stands before the lifeless bodies of his nieces, Marah and Bisan, after they were killed in an Israeli bombing on Gaza.
Through tears, he tries to hold on to who they were — not just how they died.
“This is Marah… she used to love drawing. She’d always say, ‘Uncle, I love drawing.’”
“And this is Bisan. She was a doctor — studying medicine. These are all my brother’s daughters…”
In the rubble of war, he didn’t just lose two young women.
He lost futures. He lost voices. He lost the love that called him Uncle.
